MegaPixelWall is an interactive pixel canvas game where users can purchase, customize, and compete for pixels. The service includes virtual currency (PIX), real-time collaboration, and social features.

3. Virtual Currency (PIX)

PIX is our virtual currency. Important information:

  • PIX are purchased with real money and are non-refundable
  • PIX have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • PIX may be earned through gameplay (conquests, bonuses)
  • We reserve the right to modify PIX pricing and bonuses

4. User Content

When customizing pixels, you agree that your content:

  • Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
  • Can be moderated or removed at our discretion

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Harassing or threatening other users
  • Attempting to manipulate the game economy
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice or refund of unused PIX.

MegaPixelWall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or specific outcomes from gameplay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
